I love Sperry shoes, so comfortable. I can usually get a deal at an outlet store, but nothing beat this deal. Great shoes at a great price.All goodThese are very nice shoes in concept, but not so much in execution.At least 5 days per week for the entire day I wear slip-on Famolare Riva shoes. I have worn these for probably 30 years; when they wear out I get them at Amazon or JCXXX or somewhere online. Each shoe fits perfectly.For about the same price, I bought these boat shoes for casual wear. The right shoe is a good half size bigger than the left, despite saying they are the same size. It is very loose and I haven't yet been able to pull the laces tight enough to make them work properly. They may have to go back.The overall build of the shoes is just sloppy and not what I would expect from Sperry and Amazon. KMxxx does a better job at this. The laces on both shoes were very misaligned. By that I mean one side was about 4 times longer than the other, so that had to be pulled around. This is just sloppy assembly. The inside liner of one of the shoes had been folder at the arch by the carboard insert and now has a deep crease in the foam. Again, sloppy assembly. And the front top (above the instep) of one of the shoes either didn't get completely stained or has white marks on it. That was the first thing my wife noticed. Not impressive and terrible workmanship.I foung these at FxxxxxFxxxxx at a shopping center for a few dollars more and they were perfect and fit perfect. I should have just paid more and bought them there.Maybe this is a fluke, but it sure isn't a good sign for Sperry or for Amazon to deliver a product like this.Wish more colors at the same price .Good looking casual shoe, nicer and more support than my canvas sperrys. Wore them on a business trip the day I received them, with warmups on the way then with shirt-slacks for meetings all the next day. My size (11) fit exactly as expected, I forgot they were new shoes.This is the only sho my son will wear. Could only find them here. They are really comfortable and durable.I know I love Sperry because I’ve worn them for years. But this is about a company practice. I searched for women’s Sperry shoes. Every other option was a women’s shoe, so I didn’t notice this was a men’s shoe. Obviously a men’s shoe in my women’s size doesn’t fit. I immediately re-ordered another pair, but now I have to pay to return the wrong ones. I should have looked more closely, but their men’s shoe should not have shown up on the first page of a search for women’s shoes. There is clearly something wrong and how they have categorized them. In light of Amazon’s liberal return policies, I’m more than disappointed to have to pay for this. (I did the search again to confirm — this is the only men’s shoe that shows up. And it’s Sperry — there is little stylistic difference to alert a person.)Comfortable shoes. I tend to treat them as my old school Top-Siders but with cushioned soles for spending a good part of the day standing or walking. I normally wear an "A" or "B" width, these have cinched up and work well. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the sizing. The overall length is spot on for the size. The negative is the arch support. It's a little closer to the heel than most shoes and will fit the arch as a shoe that is a half or full size smaller. It hits the arch, but the rear part. Not quite the comfort one gets from proper arch support fitting, but these shoes have enough comfort to warrant wearing them anyway. With a narrow foot, I don't want to go a size larger and wallow around in them. If, however, you are a medium ("C" or "D" width) you might consider trying a half or full size larger than normal to get a more comfortable arch support.
