Like everything about it.Cover is well mad and tough. It holds water if not installed correctly so yes in my experience it is water proof. The support “tent pole” is worthless (I use a fitness ball). but the rest of it is top shelf.PerfectI was leary about buying this because our last cover was terrible. But this one is great. I keep my boat in a storage lot when I am not using it. The cover is lightweight & easy to put on. Fits fairly well with my center console & trolling motor. As long as this lasts 3 years, I'll be happy. I got some clips off amazon that allows you to put tie downs where YOU need them.. It’s currently 4-27-2020 and the material is ripping. I’ve used it every day since purchase. When I bought it the price was $185. Now the price is $99 and I’m buying another. Giving 4 stars for the giant price reduction but I think 2 years in the harsh Louisiana sunlight is pretty good for a $99 cover.
