I had the cover for around 2 1/2 years and the main cover started ripping. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful to replace the cover and where very attentive to makings sure I received what I ordered... They charged me $100 to replace it incase anyone else is looking into it.Should take 2 people to assemble. I did it wihout help in a matter of about 6 hours. Purchased additional anchors. Instead of 4 it now has 6. Has held up well through 2 snows of about 4 inches each with no fall or sag. Going on 2 years will need a new cover eventually. Over all worth the bucks.I’m a little un happy and had to contact Amazon ….. pay kind to the material for the carport ….. mine has holes in the roof ….waiting to see what’s going to be the outcome …..The roof cover is poor quality. There are 3 or 4 small holes, it is 2 different colors and there are streaks in the odd colored section. It would have been a great purchase if not for the roof. It seems to be sturdy and well made. It assembled quickly. My teenage son and I put it together in about 2 1/2 hours. The poles are sturdy and they are clearly marked, poles 1, 2, and 3. There are directions on how to assemble the poles for the frame and the tarp. We had 1 slightly dented pole but I was able to fix it. The tarp is pretty cheap. There are small tiny holes on the seams as a result of the stitching. The seams around the upper part of the frame all have the tiny holes.Within three days of putting it together, we had 20-25 MPH wind and rain storm. I have the carport on flat cement and I could not bolt it down yet. The 2" inch threaded bolt screws provided to keep the base bracket onto the frame are too short. The wing nuts provided can't tighten all the way. The bolt screws need to be 2 1/2 inch long. I used rope and 45lb weights to keep the carport from blowing away. If i didn't do that, the carport would have easily been blown away. I had to go buy the proper length bolts and now the carport can be secured into the cement. The tarp did its job and water did not leak through.I would have rated the carport higher but I believe there is a design flaw. There needs to be poles on the bottom portion of the frame that connect the bottom part of the poles like at the top. The tarp on the lower portion of the sides and front are not sturdy enough to prevent wind from getting under the tarp and causing it to blow away. The frame is sturdy and the poles are built thick and straight. I am curious to see how long the tarp will last. Obviously that is the most important part of the carport. Also the zippers on the front and back are somewhat cheap. Also another weak point. But overall, it's doing the job so far.I bought this in February 2022, and Starting in August 2022 I had to replace the stakes for longer ones. The rope that came with this setup deteriorated and snapped. I was just glad I walked out and caught it before a good wind flipped it. The cost to buy new rope and durable equipment for at least 100lb was $25.00 each stake.I had a small issue with one of the legs ( 100% my fault I cannot blame the canopy) Jasmine the representative she went above and beyond to help me out and they also replaced the leg that I bent This canopy is sturdy and well-built But the best part is actually the customer service when I notified them matter of minutes they send a respond back I told her exactly what happened ( Again my fault I cannot blame the canopy) She went above and beyond to help me out and they also replace the part Free of charge there’s not enough good things that I could say once again Jasmine thank you so much???? This canopy is extremely well-built and looks pretty damn goodI ordered this for my husband to store tools and equipment for his sawmill til he gets the lumber milled for his building!! It turned out good and sturdy and took two guys to get all the parts and pieces sorted and put up and they secured it with the ropes and stakes outside, so was quite a project! He is pleased with the outcome! It is so versatile that he will find another use when the building is completed.
