I've been wearing Topsiders for as long as I can remember. They are de rigeur for anyone who sails, but they are also one of the most comfortable shoes you can put on your feet.I wear Topsiders almost every day. I generally get about six years out of a pair before they start getting too thin on the bottom and a bit disreputable looking. I'm sure they'd last for decades if I didn't wear them ashore, as I always do.I was a little concerned about fit, as my feet tend to swell a bit in hot weather. I needn't have worried. The 11-1/2 regular fit perfectly. They'll be even more comfortable once they've had a couple of weeks to mold to my feet.Prices for Topsider Authentic Originals (AO) two-eyelet are all over the map. These were a bargain for less than $100.I've owned Sperry Topsiders for 50 years. They're long lasting and durable, and look good whether you are on a boat sailing, striding through a park in your shorts, or walking through an airport in jeans. They are very comfortable, and easy to clean. My only complaint, is that wearing the shoes without socks is a pretty normal thing, yet the foot insert seems to dislodge and come out often when not wearing socks. That was not the case with the early pairs of shoes I owned for many years, until the shoe was pretty worn out. My newest shoes already started to have this issue after just one long night of wearing them, so I'm hoping that this is not something I have to deal with on an ongoing basis. The shoes are very comfortable and the new sold is cushioned a bit better.ExcelenteI’d have given these a 5 star rating but for some reason Sperry decided to change up the design on these pigs. Not sure why. I’ve been wearing them consistently for more than a decade and they were great as they were. I’ve had this pair not even one week and the insole has already come out of the left shoe. That’s crap craftsmanship if you ask me.Very good productnot sure if this item is real or counterfit. the leather is very light weight which does not serve my memory well, but inside the shoe is a blue insert, almost like an after addition. its called a "Sperry Plushwave", this is easily removable,especially when you take your foot out of the shoe. when removed, the inside of the shoe is a system of blue threads, and no real support to the shoe as it the actual internal part of the shoe was removed or non existant (no Sperry Marking, no insole coating, as if it was removed and replaced by this plushwave item) not sure if i will return, but these do not have the same feel of the sperry's i have ordered before, but it does have the same costThese are not the original style topsider.These are a lightweight version. However, these are comfortable and fit well. No break-in needed. We will see how long they lastBut if you're looking for the original style these are not themas expected from Sperry, this pair of boat shoes are perfectSplendid pair of shoes, super light, very comfy and looks great. When I look at the official title in my returns it says men’s, but when I click on it again it says womens. These are men’s shoes. Size accordingly.Cannot be genuine. The fit is good and they are comfortable but they have a plastic-like feel to the leather and the deep blue colour I liked and wanted has faded to a dull grey within 2 weeks of not even regular use. Not happy and will not be recommending or buying these shoes again. A great pity as I have had three pairs of Sperry shoes over the years and all have been great.
