This book was a joy to read. It had mystery without gruesome details; it had romance without sordid sex, and it had enough interaction with other characters in the storyline without getting you confused over who they are and why are they popping up any how...... Janessa goes back to her hometown to try to start over with family and friends and winds up in love with Michael and his little boy. Then enters Logan, the former love of her life and the father of her child who was given for adoption at birth because she and Logan were just teenagers at the time. Janessa has all the qualities that I look for in a heroine.....beauty, compassion, curiosity and ability to dig and find the truth. Loved the book and all the twists and turns!
